Chapelle Saint Jacques in Clohars-Carnoët (29)
Following its inaugural edition in 2023, Le Grand Atelier is hosting a second group exhibition featuring the works of five artists from Clohars-Carnoët. From children’s literature to comics and photography, their unique works navigate the space between narrative and fiction.
Once again featuring Cromwell, Lucie Braud/Catmalou, and Lauranne Quentric, and this year with Laëtitia Villemin.
Friday, September 26 at 6 p.m.: a joint discussion with Cromwell and Guillaume Sorel about their careers as authors, at the Robert Badinter Media Library.
Saturday, October 4 at 6 p.m.: reading and discussion with Laëtitia Villemin and Lucie Braud about their collaborative work, Anonyme
Lucie Braud and Lauranne Quentric will lead writing and illustration workshops at the Le Balafenn youth center
Opening reception on September 13, 2025, starting at 6 p.m.
From July 4 to August 23, 2025
For the first time, paintings and illustrations of Venice are being presented all summer at the Galerie du 9ème Art . Other illustrations on the theme of cities are also on display.
Opening on July 3rd from 6pm.
A book was produced to coincide with this exhibition.
Limited edition print, numbered and signed.
200 copies, including 24 artist's proofs and 25 copies not for sale. Published as part of the exhibition, it is available here .

Saint Jacques Chapel in Clohars-Carnoët (29)
Catmalou, Cromwell, Guillaume Sorel, Rozenn Brécart, and Lauranne Quentric, artists and writers from Clohars-Carnoët, are joining forces for a joint event they hope to organize in their hometown. Showcasing, sharing, and supporting contemporary art and local artists are the driving forces behind this collective project.

Fall 2022: Guillaume Sorel emerged from his cave for… a week in Zurich… to discuss the adaptation of literature into comics…
The events, organized by Culturethèque Suisse, were incredibly enriching, featuring teachers whose dynamism, energy, and dedication were truly inspiring.
As for the students who will be taking their Maturität in June (the equivalent of our high school diploma), the meetings and exchanges were very enriching.

Summer 2022: an exhibition featuring the work of Guillaume Sorel was held at La Malterie Bas Pont-Scorff in Cléguer.
It was a particularly sunny summer, and the exhibition space was nice and cool, where we welcomed Guillaume Sorel for an afternoon of conversation.
Many enriching encounters in an ideal setting.
